Valeria messed up taking our order had to say it back to us 3 times gave up and said it was correct. Handed us a dirty cup, asked nicely to wipe it off before handing it to me. Gave me a nasty look and barely wiped the cup off before handing it to me. Handed me three drinks with a cup holder and didn’t think to ask, so I asked. She then walked away closing the door without saying anything I then waited about 2-3 minutes waiting till she came and just handed me a bag with the cup holder so I had to put the cups. As I was trying to put the cups in she came out putting the bag in my face. I said you’re gonna have to wait a minute to put the drinks away. She still sits there putting the bag closer like I was supposed to grab it after i told her to wait. So after I grab the bag I asked for spicy ketchup she said it was already in there closing the door not even waiting and asking if we needed anything else. so I look and only saw one spicy ketchup and one regular ketchup so i waited for a good 5-7 minutes before she came back. I have made eye contact before then she just took her time and was being very unprofessional. I showed her what she gave me saying this much for 3 meals and she then walked away closing the door again before coming back with only 2 more spicy ketchups. I then asked for the manager which came and didn’t reassure me that anything or much that was going to happen. I left very unhappy and disappointed. I paid 40$ for 3 meals I could pay that anywhere and get way friendlier service.

Everytime i’ve ordered from here they take a hr plus . The first time it took almost 2 hours and my uber driver told me they didnt even have my meal made so they had to wait 30mins extra . I ordered Dec 4,2025 around 5 am and first i get my food with the box open then i start to take the meat out of my biscuits and gravy as it didnt look appealing and seen a black bold hair or plastic piece? not sure what it is didnt touch it but cant tell what it is🤢not sure if thats from the restaurant orrrr?

"Whataburger never misses! I just had an incredible experience here, and I’m still thinking about how perfect that meal was. The burger was made exactly to order—hot, fresh, and stacked with all the right toppings. There is truly nothing that compares to their toasted buns and that signature flavor. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff was fast, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed, including plenty of Spicy Ketchup (the absolute goat of condiments). The restaurant was clean, the vibes were great, and it’s easily one of the best spots for a late-night craving or a solid lunch. If you’re looking for a burger done right, this is the place to be. 10/10, I'll be back soon!"

For the most part at these places you know what you're going to get or what you sign up for. Whataburger being probably the best fast food burger in the valley as it's only real competitor being in and out. Though the experiences with Whataburger vary wildly. With this being a newly opened place there's a good amount of staff on duty meaning that wait times are pretty short. Especially when it comes to online orders, though this one doesn't exactly break the mold as my order got messed up and was redone, not to mention that this more open concept kitchen area means I can hear what I assume is the manager yelling l at the staff for getting it wrong. Which I can imagine judging by the reviews being a thing they are desperately trying to scrub. The other part is that I know that working in the service industry you need to blow off some steam and such especially when eating lunch but it felt weird hearing some staff just talk about customers and such which isn't all that new, but they were talking loud enough for me to hear. Regardless my food was hot, and Delicious which is what I came for and big ups to Lewis for being a really cool guy. Though it was funny to see that kiosk out of order because last time I was at that location, the thing would time out and freeze and not let me pay. That being said I'll be back because of convenience being off the 202 for sure.

8/18/24 1530 hours stopped at Whataburger for a deliciously made patty melt with bacon and mayo. Only it was cooked to perfection! We can go wrong with bacon and any Whataburger. small fries or freshly made. The Sprite had just enough ice to satisfy my needs. I spent $14.28.
