I went to this store, and this woman was incredibly rude. She laughed in my face, then went behind my back and talked about me behind my back. I didn't do anything to you. You have no right to gossip about someone. I didn't do anything to you. I want my order. Give me my order and let me go. Don't interfere in other people's business. This is unfair. If I had gone up to her and hit her, they would have said I was the one in the wrong, but this woman started it. You shouldn't gossip about someone or talk about them. This is unfair, and no one can accept it. I spent more than twenty minutes not knowing what to do because I was so angry. You shouldn't gossip about someone or gossip about them. Tell me just one thing I did wrong, just one thing. There isn't anything. She just hates me and is looking for anything to accuse me of. And this isn't the first time,

When I received my delivery order, the soup had spilled inside the bag and soaked the rest of my food. I followed the instructions to request a refund and called the store for assistance. I called the store on 12/16/25 at approximately 7:15 PM. The employee I spoke with, Jeff, was rude and dismissive and informed me that I would need to come into the store to receive a refund, despite this being a delivery order. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience or the condition of the food. Overall, this was a disappointing customer service experience and not what I typically expect from Chick-fil-A or from the standards the Operator sets for this location. The issue was left unresolved, and as a result, I do not plan to order from this location again.

I love Chick fil A but we did not have a great experience at this location like we do others. The service was good but the food was poor. We received hard biscuits, old hash browns, and cold/old tasting fries. This location was not a good representation of chick fil a’s excellent service.

My mobile dine in experience was excellent. My order was ready in less than five minutes. The crispy nuggets were delicious, fresh, and cooked thoroughly (straight out of the fryer). Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location if you visit or live near River North neighborhood.

Outside looking in I thought this place was a lot smaller than what it is. The inside of this place is huge! There’s a college campus close along with the neighborhood it serves so I can see this place getting jammed at dinner time. I was impressed by the carry-out system but it’s a bit flawed. They have a TV displaying the progress of every pickup order. When I arrived, my name was highlighted as ready but I didn’t see any food, DoorDash and other food delivery services were there picking up their orders. They seem to take priority when there, which is a good thing for the customer ordering for delivery. I had to check with a staff member about my order, they had it in the back. Not sure if they prepped it and placed it back there to save space or if it was perfect timing for me to ask the staff member. The staff were friendly and speedy with my food. All my food was fresh. I enjoyed my visit and plan to come back to see how my dine-in experience will be.
