This is the third time I’ve ordered from here get back to work and my order is completely different from what I asked for. I asked for a spicy delux American cheese…… I get back it’s a multigrain grilled sandwich. This isn’t even close. Please please check your orders.

Chickfila is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Always packed. The restaurant is in good condition. Manager Lupita and Julian is very nice. Amazing grilled chicken club. Must come back. 10/10. Great service.

This has to be the worst Chick Fil A in the city, every time I come here they always mess up my order in some way, no sauces, missing items, rude attitude. I went in today somewhat expecting things to be better, wasn’t really hopeful and I mean my gut wasn’t wrong. I ordered a sandwich with no pickles, I asked for no salt on the fries and just regular Chick Fil A sauce, and got the opposite, instead of the usual 2 pickles I got 4, Fries with extra salt, and no Chick Fil A sauces. I think I’d rather do the drive and go to another location rather than come here again. I wish I could add a photo but it won’t let me, just don’t come to this location.

My office ordered lunch from this location today and experienced truly above and beyond customer service. We ordered about 13 individual meals plus extras on the side and everything was made correctly and had all the sauces that we requested. The owner even called after we retrieved the order to make sure we received everything and after telling him that the only thing missing was a single sandwich, he personally brought it to us at our office. By far the best chic fil a catering/ large lunch order experience we have had!

We have been to other Chick-Fil-A but i would want to say this location was the best so far! My family and I dined in. It was my wife and her 2 parents plus our 4 kids. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff. The restaurant was kid of busy so we decided to choose a spot where we would all fit. We chose an area by the door and we were just going to use two tables next to each other but right away a woman by the name of Ms. E helped us and put some tables together for us so we can all sit together. The food came out very quickly and it was delicious as usual. Ms. E brought some coloring pages for my kids and kept on bringing us things that we forgot or needed more of. Like napkins and other orders we placed after the initial ordered. She was very welcoming and attentative. At the end she gas my kids this board game so we could all play as a family. She also told us about some activities there where going to have the following day. Some story time for the kids. Everything was great but Ms. E definitely made the experinece way better. It felt like she was part of the family if that makes any sense. Highly recommend going and dining in here.
