We were greeted by Heaven, a new employee who was being trained in. She had her manager helping to take our order. Both were very pleasant, patient, and we had a few laughs while we were getting our order taken. Great customer service and great food! Will be back next time we are in town!

This was my first time to come to Epic. I ordered a single classic burger meal. The burger was nice. I really like the bread which was pretty crispy. The hamburger steak was tasty as well. It wasn’t too oily or salty. But I don’t recommend the fries.

This place never disappoints. Jonathan, the general manager, is always welcoming and makes you feel appreciated. Eddie’s cooking is consistently great, and Cynthia provides excellent service every time. I drive all the way from the NW suburbs just to come to this location—always worth the trip

Just arrived in Chicago and we were starving. Ordered too much food and ate every bite! Both the burgers and fries were amazing! The GM even came over to make sure everything was good. I did not expect this kind of service downtown at a counter service restaurant! Will be back!

Family had lunch here today. Really good smash burgers with crispy edges. All had Cowboy Burgers. Crispy bacon- good toppings! The fries were the perfect tender/crispy with no hard, burned ends. Very friendly, helpful staff. One thing- consider getting the garlic parm sauce on the side. It turned my daughter’s beautiful, crispy fries a bit soggy. Will definitely be back!!
