This location is clean, pleasant, with great music (for those that like classic rock, rock, alternative genres). The service is top notch, starting with a warm welcome the minute you arrive. The food is exactly what you'd expect, good quality, freshly prepared and timely. I was there for the special 5K challenge, so I was lucky to sample a few menu items all at once. The fries are served hot and crispy, and the classic burger is the perfect ratio of sauce to toppings and meat. If you love deep fried oreos, these are for you--huge and coated in powdered sugar! The fat shack sandwich gives you a little bit of everything since it includes chicken tenders and jalapeno poppers, and the honey-jalapeno mustard gives it a little kick without being too spicy. I am thankful to Jamie, the store manager for awesome service, great food and making it an awesome experience! I will definitely be back again!

The food was off the chain. I give it 1 million 10 out of 10. The wings so good. Baby the Philly off the meters. The staff was so friendly and nice they made sure we had everything we needed we even shared a couple laughs. If yall are looking for some good filling food especially late night from having a good old time baby Fat Shack is the place to be. Thank me later

Walked In today with my brother for lunch, And had the best burger I’ve ever had!! Our server Jamie was amazing! We were greeted with a smile as we walked in the door and The food was absolutely delicious!! 20/10

This was a good find. Was going to a movie, saw it was down the street and glad we stopped in. The customer service was great. Very friendly, patient, and helpful, as it was our first time. The Fat Tommy was so good. The bread they use is perfect, stuffed with some crispy chicken that holds up well next to the yummy fries. Onion rings are beer battered and cooked perfectly. It's says late night, but I could eat this sandwich all the time. I will be back, and have already recommended it to others. Can't wait to try the one with Philly steak in it. Went back today. Still amazing staff. We tried the wings today, my nephew was very happy

Stopped in around dinner time on Saturday and the place was empty. I hurried up and picked something because the cashier was staring at me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I got the Doobie sandwich as it was listed as the “most popular“. The food came out quick which was a positive. The sandwich however was very carb-heavy with bread, breaded chicken, and French fries all in the sandwich. It was supposed to come with mozzarella sticks and onion rings as well, but I did not see them on there. It was just dry and bland. There was a lot of honey mustard and it was all you could really taste from a flavor perspective, but it didn’t help the blandness much and it was still somehow dry… I guess the honey mustard doesn’t soak through all those dense breaded ingredients real well…. No lettuce or tomato either to help balance the texture and moisture. Just basically like biting into a spongy bread sandwich…. It was filling, but it just wasn’t particularly enjoyable to eat. Also, it was a bit overpriced. They charge nearly $20 (with tax) for a full size sandwich. And that doesn’t even include fries and a drink. Plus, you may or may not get all of the ingredients listed for your sandwich. The economy is tough on everybody. Maybe if you lowered your prices and/or included all your listed ingredients, you’d get more customers.
