This is my third time here! I really like the vibe – the country music and the American signs are nice. There are tons of tables for people and families, and there's a lot of symbolism and history around. I ordered the spicy chicken, but honestly, I'd much rather have the cheeseburger. If you're around looking for a not-too-expensive place with easy parking, this is a great spot! The only thing that's been a bit tricky here is the technology. I tried connecting my laptop to the Wi-Fi, but they asked for a lot of info – like my date of birth, email, phone number, and more. But in the end, it didn't work – just gave me an error. I tried it with my phone, and it was the same problem. Also when you want order with kiosk and it asks do you want register? You say yes, and it asks for your name and phone number. Then, there's a little box that says "I AGREE." If you check it, you can register. However, the touchscreen for checking the box didn't work after you entered all the information. Eventually, you have to pay as a guest.

I really wanted the “Chicago dog”experience. I went through the drive thru, I definitely want to go inside next time. I could see this Flame Broiler from the drive thru window and I LOVE a flame broiled burger. The food was hot and fresh.

Great food. There is a wide range of food to choose from. The dessert are great too Of u like charbroiled burgers, this is the place for you. I was able to add 3 large slices of bacon for only $1.50. the cheese sauce for $1.29 is a must!!!!!!!

This restaurant is great!! I really live the hotdog and their fries. They also have free cake for birthdays!!

Portillos never changes its consistency. Excellent food but a bit pricey. Plenty of seating on both levels. It has an elevator to get to the bathrooms. Ample of free parking!
