I love resonating canes. Their chicken tenders are so good and the canes sauce makes it even better. Their Texas toast and fries are also very good. I would highly recommend canes to anyone wanting good fried chicken.

The food is ok. The service is fair. The young people working there were friendly; but the set up makes it difficult to be efficient. I ordered my food to eat in, but nobody brought it to me. I had to step all the way back outside the restaurant to get my food. There is no service window, drink machine, condiment station or anything inside of this enclosed picnic pavilion of a dining room. I seem to recall there being sauces other than Cane's sauce at other restaurants. I could be wrong. It's been years since I went to one, but nothing but Cane's , ketchup and nasty old Louisiana brand hot sauce. The food was ok, but nothing special. It was cooked to order and nice and hot. Not an inviting place if you want to dine in. In fact, it seems specifically disigned to discourage dining in. I may or may not go back. Or, wait until I get to a nicer Cane's.

Went to this location to redeem my child’s good attendance award. We went through the drive thru to order then my son said he wanted to keep the actual award certificate with his first/last name and school info on it. Went around to the window to request we get the upper portion of the award with his info and reason for the award. The manager comes out to say we can’t have it, they have to keep it due to people reusing the coupon. Which makes absolute no sense when there is a detachment at the bottom when it is redeemed as well as a box on the actual certificate that they are to sign. I explained we just wanted to keep the award certificate part and he can mark it void to show redeemed and he still made an excuse for us talking about “policy”, so which is it policy or “people have reused in the past”. It’s not a big deal but it is a big deal when people want to make their own rules that make no sense at all, who is out here reusing a two piece kids combo certificate?!

lady who took our order was so rude not my fault you don’t wanna work. food was cold after waiting a long time to get it. the bathroom and area to eat was so nasty trash everywhere. they could’ve picked it up while doing nothing.

This was my first time trying Raising Cane’s at their new South Loop location, and it was very disappointing. Prices are noticeably higher than other nearby chicken places, yet they serve the food in cheap foam containers. Deep-fried food should not be placed in foam — it can release harmful chemicals, especially with hot foods, posing long-term health risks. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this is unacceptable. Food quality did not justify the cost either. If you care about your health and value, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
