First time at a Raising Cane's and it lived up to the hype. I was staying at NOBU for a business trip and ended up dropping by for a late night snack last week. Absolutely hit the spot on all fronts. Location was clean and well looked after, staff were friendly and efficient, the sandwich and chicken was 10/10 in terms of fresh and flavourful. I'm from Vancouver, BC, Canada and I wish we had one of these back home. I ended up coming back again later that week because I had to see if it was just a fluke but it was just as good the next time.

Everyone know their chicken fingers are flavorful and juicy. I like their food. Location was pretty busy. Did not like the fact that one needed a code to get into the bathroom and the people with could not even get it open.

I’ve always love Raising Canes chicken! I visited Chicago for a day for an event. My cousin and I stopped here to eat before a night out. The staff was very friendly and polite, & our chicken steips came out fast and fresh.

Cane’s in Fulton Market? C’mon people… it’s always the vibe. Honestly, I was surprised seeing some of the 1 and 2 star reviews. It’s Cane’s. People literally travel to the U.S. to experience American fast food culture, and having a Cane’s right in Fulton Market/West Loop is honestly a win. Is it fine dining? No. Is it supposed to be? Also no. It’s a fun, reliable late night spot for crispy fried chicken, fries, sauce, and that simple comfort food energy. Don’t let the bad reviews ruin it for you. Maybe this is very millennial of me to say, but I love Cane’s, and it always reminds me of college days when we just wanted to simply go out and get good fast food, and this location is a great addition to the neighborhood.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. Please do not eat here. We ordered food here twice and had hair in our food. The first time I found a strand of black hair in my chicken tenders and told them. They apologized and gave me a free tray. The second time my partner found a strand of long black hair in his food and they never addressed the issue. They said that they would remake our order and they never did. The chicken there on multiple occasions was fried too hard, greasy, and tasted old. Sometimes, they don't clean off the tables and seats so when you go to sit and eat your food the area is messy and filthy. The employees there are extremely rude. They don't listen to your concerns and would rather argue with you. We had ordered one particular item off the drink menu and they gave us the wrong one. I addressed this with the young lady at the counter and she said "so? What's the price difference?" in a nasty attitude. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't eat here at all due to their issues with properly preparing food and poor customer service.
