The food is good,however during the lunch rush the operation could be better. I understand that everyone has a role in the business, but during the busiest times there should not be only one person bagging food and putting dine-in orders on trays (walking them to the tables). As I'm standing waiting on my order I noticed food sitting waiting to be bagged/served(that definitely explains why the food is not hot when you get it). Please look into possibly changing some things during busy times.

As I enjoy having the hot dogs or one of their freshly made burgers, it was a cool experience going to Shake Shack as walking around the Streeterville area as it is not to far away from Michigan Avenue and all of the different lodgings in the Downtown Chicago area. So if you are into Shake Shack and you are in the area, give this location a visit!

One of the only public restrooms around the area! Also ordered food, everything tasted good! There wasn’t a crazy long line. Bathrooms were a bit unkept and no toilet paper in 2 stalls. And the men’s toilet was Out of service.

Burger was absolutely delicious, probably the tastiest burger I’ve had so far. The flavors were rich, the patty juicy, and everything came together perfectly. Definitely my top choice when it comes to burgers!
