This is a walk up counter located inside the Caesar’s Casino within a food court with an open seating area. We ordered late night, and were extremely impressed with the quality of our bacon crunch burgers with a side of onion rings. The medium rare burger was cooked perfectly, delicious and with a good sized beef patty. While the Bobby Flay sauce was a little too spicy for me (next time, I’ll order the sauce on the side), but my companion loved the sauce. The onion rings were excellent. Caesars reward credit was 1:1.

I had the "Palace Classic Burger" add bacon and my wife had the BBQ "Smokehouse Burger". Is it expensive? Yes. Was the burgers good? Absolutely! Were the fries good? Yes they were. Was the service good? No complaints here. They lady was nice and friendly. Would we eat here again? Maybe, but I would only order the burger and get water. But if you got the money and are looking for a great burger then you have to try Bobby's.

Taddeaus was amazing at explaining the menu didn’t get frustrated with all the questions. He was patient and did just an outstanding job. And not to mention the first time I had eaten yall burgers I was blown away and said maybe I wa la just very hungry so let’s go back and see and have the best burger I’ve ever eaten again and sure enough knocked me off my feet again. Best burgers ever yall’nn

Talk about an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, Joseph made us feel genuinely welcome. The entire team in the back had such positive energy—it was contagious and immediately set the tone for a great visit. Excellent customer service can completely elevate an experience, and that’s exactly what happened here. As a travel influencer, I visit a lot of places, and this is the kind of hospitality that stands out and deserves to be recognized. Thank you all for making our visit so memorable.
