Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Downtown New Orleans Chick-fil-A location, and this issue seriously needs corporate attention. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I have repeatedly witnessed this location fail to follow proper delivery verification protocols, and it finally directly affected me today. An employee handed my assigned delivery order to a random person because they were not properly paying attention or verifying the pickup correctly. The driver was never asked to fully confirm or swipe the order before leaving with the food. That is one of the most basic and important procedures for preventing stolen or misassigned deliveries, yet this location consistently ignores it. This is not an isolated incident. It has become a pattern at this store. Legitimate drivers are the ones who suffer when employees fail to enforce pickup procedures because we are then blamed for delays, missing orders, or canceled deliveries that were caused by the restaurant’s negligence. Customers are also negatively impacted because their food ends up in the wrong hands. There needs to be immediate retraining and stronger management oversight at this location. Employees should be requiring every delivery driver to fully confirm and swipe the order in front of staff before releasing any food. No exceptions. This protects the restaurant, the customer, and the drivers doing honest work. I will also be escalating this matter to Chick-fil-A Corporate because this ongoing lack of attention and accountability is unacceptable for a company that normally prides itself on operational excellence and customer service. I truly hope leadership takes this seriously and fixes the issue before it continues happening to more drivers and customers.

Ordered delivery from here 2x. First time, even though handoff was selected it was left outside with ZERO notice from deliverer. Everything was inedible by the time I realized it had been delivered. Second time the fries were half empty, no sauces included and the drink was watered down. Will never use chick fil a delivery again.

I don’t usually post a review about fast food chains but I had to as the food was on point. The salad is really generous portion with really good dressing and chickens (definitely go for the avocado dressing) and lemonade is also really good. The chicken burger was so good that we had to have a second one. I definitely preferred the classic one than the spicy one but they were both moist and super delicious.

I wish I could give them less stars. Their food is nasty tastes like nothing but salt. They gave me the wrong order while they're right there in my face. As I'm placing the order you mess it up. I don't know how that's possible. You asked the manager about the messing up the order. She has an attitude so who is the voice of reason if you can't get your order right? Because they have attitudes.

So this was my second time ever eating at Chick-Fil-A and have never really even seen their food in person. Anyway, I was in a hurry to get to work so I only had a couple of minutes to eat. I thought I'd go with the "safe" option of chicken nuggets. Holy hell, Ive never seen such sad excuses for nuggets in my entire life. They had no consistency in size or shape, except them all being tiny. They were over-breaded, inconsistently. I was worried that one sauce packet would not be enough for 8 nuggets, but alas the 8 nuggets did not have enough surface area to hold that much sauce because they were so tiny. 0/10, probably another decade til I get desperate enough to try again.
