Had the ol' beef and cheddar and it was as great as it always has been for many years. Tried the italian dip and it was good as well. Service was fast and personable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable lunch at a slightly higher price.

After being consistently told that it would take 20 minutes on Roast beef, I left empty handed. My last trip there was given old potato cakes that they refried, and was hard as a brick! As soon as I ordered and pulled up to pay I could hear the employees in the back hollering about what they "wasn't about to make" after leaving me at the window someone from the back came out and told me it would be 20 minutes on Roast beef. This is something they tell people to get them to leave.

went to the drive-thru in the middle of Charlotte North Carolina. tough to navigate anyway. The drive-thru sign was advertising mac and cheese for $4.97 almost $5. got the portion and it was in the same container that the aju sauce comes in for the French dip. I couldn't believe it was that small It blew my mind

The brand new location near Waverly shopping center and Sandy Rock Place. Sadly they closed down a couple months ago recently. I really liked that Arby's location. Glad your location is still open. Hope your business survives as long as possible. Will try to visit here again. Great food! Very unique! I highly recommend the creamy Jalapeno bites. My favorite.

Ordered a Classic Beef 'n Cheddar meal and received a chicken sandwich and the bread was burnt on top of it. I would have just eaten it because I just flew in late and im starving but not with burnt bread. This location does not pay attention to detail, now im having motz stocks for dinner since doordash doesn't re-deliver.
