Eh, for the money they charged for a chicken sandwich and a loaded fries, the experience was underwhelming at this Charlotte restaurant. The location was a bit hard to find—you cross the Starbucks, and then there’s a wide entrance area to Monarch Market, and once you enter, you can see the food court with a bunch of different restaurants. Impeckable Chicken is to your left after you enter. The chicken sandwich was your regular chicken, nothing special. It comes with fries. The loaded fries are really loaded—a bunch of fries with copious amounts of cheese with chicken bites at the top—one would imagine it’s a heart attack waiting to happen after eating it. The taste was also nothing special. The lady taking the order acted like a complete snob. She just wanted to be done with taking my order. I asked her if they had a Diet Coke, and she said they did, and then handed me a Diet Pepsi. Really? It is located in Uptown Charlotte, and parking is hard to find nearby. You can park in one of the parking garages nearby, and walk to here. We were looking for good dining experience, but that wasn’t the case here.

Yum! Located in a market with other food vendors. Lots of open seating. Chicken was flavorful and crispy with lots of yummy sauce and melty cheese. Large portion - great to share with 4 people.

Portion size was good. I do think the cheese could have been meltier on the loaded fries. I was hoping for a bit more chicken and maybe just more flavor in general. For $16 after taxes, just would have expected more. The Monarch Market itself is a cute food hall.

Food is priced right and good the ppl tha work there are great the manager Kev is the beast and all in all the atmosphere is great

Heyyy guysss so let me tell about this place it’s soo good we have to come back and the chicken is so crispy from the outside and soft from the inside fries are really well done I rlly recommend this place come check it out!!!!!🔥🔥
