We went two different times in a 4 four day span. The 1st night was Thursday 2/19/26 Carmela, spelled wrong 😭, she was absolutely wonderful. Answered everything about whatever we asked. Mad us feel at home. The 2nd time was Saturday 2/21/26. We had to go back because it was so good. This time we Tatenda & Kaly. OMG, whoever has raised these 3 girls, you should be really Proud! Very polite, helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for more. Everyone of them made our dinner perfect.

I’m really not impressed, Number one when I called to Order. Being a first-time customer and excited about ordering from this place. The person that answered, the phone seemed very rushed. Not Hearing my order out correctly. When I ask the quantity and the price, I was directed to go to the website and call back when I looked up the quantity in the price😞 After driving there to pick up my order clean place, great bathroom and some sort of what of customer good experience. But when I got my 15 wings of garlic, Parm, I noticed a lot of problems and my pictures would explain. Number one my wings were very overcooked hard. Tough experience, biting into it and swallowing number two the only good flavor that I got from the wings was from the ranch dipping cup. I did not taste any garlic Parm on the wings only Grease and overcooked wings. Being a former restaurant owner when you cook wings in my kitchen, we put parchment paper inside of the Styrofoam tray. That was not the case in my order my wings were thrown into Styrofoam tree, which is very unsafe. The heat from the wings could melt the plastic and the plastic could get up in the wings. Another thing that was standing out was the grease in the Styrofoam tray. Another point out would be that my salary was over, wrapped in aluminum foil with no parchment paper. For my first time eating there, it would be a one and done. They did not even put napkins or a fork or spoon inside of the bag

The food was okay. I think the lettuce in the salad was cut into pieces that were too large. And I don't think the lettuce was drained or dried because the water was pooling at the bottom of my tray. The shrimp had excellent seasoning. The rest of it was fairly bland however. I had onion rings and I really liked the crispiness of the breading. Could use a little bit better seasoning. All in all three isn't a horrible score. It just means that it's an okay place to eat. I think the prices don't fit the product.

Ordered burgers, fries, and wings. The order took about 10minutes or so. The burgers were good but nothing extraordinary, the fries were just fries as well. But the wings, thats the game changer. Wings I received were tasty from the beginning to the end. Didn’t skimp out on the sauces and it was cooked perfectly. To be honest, I ordered less wings since I didnt want to risk it but now I regret that I got the burger instead of more wings. Dip that came with was great as well. Would recommend wings and probably more wings. Staffs were nice, place was clean, no issues with the store. Get the wings. No pic of wings because I thought they would be the same quality as the burger/fries.

I always have a great experience at Chex Grill & Wings – Uptown Charlotte. My go-to items are the Chex Wrap, grilled chicken salad, and chicken quesadilla—each one is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The restaurant is clean, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient. A reliable spot for quality food every time. Highly recommended.
