The food was actually really good. fresh, hot, and the temperature was perfect. No complaints there at all. The only downside was the attitude from the staff. I came in respectful and didn’t bring any negativity, so the energy felt unnecessary. For a Burger King location in Uptown Charlotte, customer service should match the environment and professionalism of the area. A brighter attitude would go a long way because the food itself was solid.

When we came an employee told us that the dining room was closed and that we should use the drive through. We ordered our food clearly at about 10:15 pm and then they told us to park in the parking lot and they will bring it out. At almost 11 pm, the employee came back and gave us only a single drink. Finally came back 15 minutes later to tell us that the person at the drive through speaker didn’t hear our order fully? so we only got about half of our food. He then told us to come into the drive through again to hand us our drinks? This is how the sandwich my friend ordered looked.

I've been here multiple times and usually the staff is not very welcoming. They sound miserable. When you thank them they don't even say "you're welcome" or any kind of courtious response. Literally nothing. If you go through through the drive-thru, expect to pull over to the parking lot and wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your "fast food" even when there are no other cars in the drive-thru. A gas station attendant provides better service than the staff here...

‼️PLEASE READ ‼️ Now typically I don’t write these types of reviews however I am beyond impressed with tonight’s team (9:25-2/25/26) those guys went above and beyond for every single customer! You can tell they were working together simply by how seamless they brought out our food. Though we had to wait, the system they had made this experience so much better. I am so proud of you eumelanin men 🖤and how you showed out. Food was HOT! FRESH! & TASTY! Keep it up! It didn’t go unnoticed

Order breakfast on the app. Once arriving, I literally waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. I told them I had a mobile order and gave the name only to find out my order was not even ready. I waited a few more minutes and my order was ready. I get my order and head to my destination. I got to my destination and my order was completely incorrect. Received a double sausage croissant and two cold egg and cheese croissants. Moral of the story with this location: Check your food before you leave!
