I love Culver’s and always will. When I showed up for my pickup order Jordan was super helpful. He got my order out to me very quickly and was helping direct a little traffic. Super great vibe. Give this guy a raise, he deserves it. Customer service from Jordan exceeded excellent. Food was great as always even though I haven’t been here in a decade. I love you Culver’s. Please bring back the turkey BLT.

I was in town for business and saw that this location was close by. Culver's always ranked high on best burger chain lists, so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I went with a double butterburger with cheese. Nice crispy edges straight from the flat top. Staff was super friendly and helpful.They definitely need to expand across NC, especially at ENC by the beaches.

Culver’s blew me away. I can honestly say this was the best burger I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and fresh enough to crave every day. The custard was out of this world, especially with Oreo and hot caramel mixed in. We also tried the fried shrimp and fried fish, both came out hot in under three minutes. The shrimp and coleslaw were a perfect 10 out of 10. The fish could’ve used a little more seasoning, but it was thick, meaty, and fresh, an easy 8.5 out of 10. The place was spotless, the service fast, and the vibe surprisingly warm for a fast food spot. Five stars all around. If every chain ran like this, America’s fast food game would be revolutionized.

My go to food is their pot roast as I am not into burgers much. I also enjoy their custard, kind of reminds me of Anderson's in buffalo. They have different flavors for each day & a good variety of mix in to add to your dessert!

I had an incredible experience at this location today! It has been a long time since I’ve received such consistently excellent customer service across the board. The entire process was seamless: • Ordering: The girl who took my order was helpful and welcoming. • Payment: The gentleman who handled my payment was professional and efficient. • Delivery: The girl who brought everything out to my vehicle was the perfect finishing touch to a great visit. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and they clearly prioritize the customer experience. If you’re looking for a place that pairs great service with a positive attitude, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!
