Great big double burger, Cajun fries and corn dog on Cookout Tray, all for $9.24. Extremely friendly male and female front staff at 1pm on 12/27/25. Would come back over other local spot cause this place hits the spot for not a lotta money.

The chili was horrible crumble meat in oil. Coleslaw was decent The hamburger was decent but they didn’t add my utensils. I will say at least thy are cordial with greeting but that’s it

Unfortunately I recently got the barbecue plate. There was hardly any barbecue sauce on it and it really did not look appetizing at all. And it didn't taste like much either. I had to add a whole bunch of my own barbecue sauce that I had on hand. And what the heck is that piece of aluminum foil in the barbecue??? The coleslaw was tasteless and dry with just a little bit of what looked like milk at the very bottom of the cup. I had to add extra mayonnaise and let it kind of meld together for several hours before it tasted halfway decent. Their burgers are great and their hush puppies are really good. Not everyone can do hush puppies well. But their's taste great. I would never get the barbecue plate ever again and I will stick with the burgers. Of course their milkshakes are always great.

I ordered a Cook Out burger without cheese because I have a cheese allergy. When I received my burger, it had cheese on it. Instead of making a new burger, the staff simply scraped the cheese off and served it to me anyway. For someone with a food allergy, that’s completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Allergies should be taken seriously. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Drive through line moved very slow, But workers were friendly. How am I paying almost $10 for 4 Onion rings and 3 chicken nuggets? And a burger with a wet bun? Food quality is terrible. And not 1 sauce or ketchup packet in my order.
