This cookout used to be busy before they started scamming on portions. I haven't come back in months but was craving a fast meal. They gave me 4.5 ounces of chicken, less than half of what their spec is. The crazy part is, one of the chicken tenders is literally a torn off piece. What happened to the rest of my tender? Why did I pay for a tray of food to only be able to nibble and still be hungry?

Bought 3 burger meals- 2 of them had a burger split in half (maybe even thirds). Pictured below- lettuce and tomato removed so you can see the burger. It was a to go order- otherwise we would have sent back. I work within walking distance and will never return. Horrible service. This burger was clearly cut and split into multiples, by the looks of the reviews looks like it happens a lot. Maybe Cookout should deal directly with the location rather than canned responses to each comment.

Pulled into the drive thru to place my order. Had to repeat myself several times. I figured maybe it was just a technical difficulty with the intercom so I just let it go. Ordered 2 orders of a big double burger with everything on it add bacon and no tomato. They gave me 2 big double burgers one with bacon and one without with tomato and a fry. I wasn’t too upset about the fry, I was just in a rush and was eating again in about an hour or so, but the burger needs to be correct. So I handed the burger back and the associate prompted me to pull forward and wait. IVE WENT BACK 5 TIMES! I was there for an additional 30minutes because they could not make a burger correctly! I spoke with the manager before I left and asked for a free small fry and he became defensive over it as if it would make or break the restaurant. Maybe if he paid closer attention to his customer service he wouldn’t have to give away free stuff that I should’ve paid for in the first place when I originally placed my order. I will NEVER be going back. Not worth the headache or the patience. I hope people see this because if you have little patience, beware..

Double cheese curds for one order. Fries and cheese curds for the other. Do better Cookout! This isn’t the first time but will be the last time I go here. You can’t make this shit up.

I just left cookout around lunch time 12:20pm. I made my order and when I got to the window they had left off an item. The young lady rolled her eyes because I said she left something off my order. She wanted me to go back and get in line when I already waited in line a long time. I get it, they were busy but the eye rolling and attitude really was unnecessary. I didn’t disrespect her in anyway. Please hire better people. And the item was still wrong when she gave it to me but I just left. Waste of my money!!!
