New manager at this location has poor customer service. I asked for a cheerwine float, looked inside my cup and ice cream was barely in there. I asked if they could fill it up, or top it off so it wasnt 80% cheerwine, and he said this is just the way it comes, and wouldnt just put a little extra ice cream in my cup for me. Very lame experience.

Sometimes I’m just in the mood for some cheap & pretty good/decent food & cookout never disappoints. You get what you pay for and a little more. You’re not paying for a five star meal so that’s not what you’re going to get but what they do give you is alright food with great portions, at a cheap price. Can’t beat it. Today the line was pretty quick and it wasn’t busy (around 3:30). There was a little confusion with our order but it was resolved quickly and smoothly & they gave us extra sauce with our food to make up for it which was appreciated. The food came out hot and our order was correct in the end. It was perfectly decent as we wanted and expected. Also, the banana pudding shake was delicious as always… Thanks!

I’ve been coming here for months, but they mess my order up almost every time. It’s getting really frustrating because I keep giving this place chances. The food is alright, but they really need to pay more attention to orders.

First off, YALL HAVE BEEN OUT OF COOKOUT SAUCE THE PAST TWO MONTHS IVE TRIED TO GET SOME and thats the ONLY reason I want cookout. second off the guy on the register is soooooo rude omg! He literally screamed at me to speak up and still couldn’t hear when I was practically yelling. Then he said he was out of cookout sauce so I asked for ranch and he stood there holding it while taking another order for about 5 mins. Lastly, the traffic design is HORRIBLE and the line literally took an hour. Should’ve just kept the old damn cookout open cause they had it right over there!

The food is of great quality. I have no complaints on that but the customer service and listening to customer while giving order is bad they cut off the mike in between the order not letting the customer to tell the order. The person at the customer service are very rude and they can’t even smile. I am a daily customer. Thank you.
