Really good food. They're prices are reasonable as well. My son and I really like the chicken wraps. The spicy ranch is our favorite. They have good hotdogs too. My husband likes their cheeseburgers with chilli. Here in the last month or so we've been to Cook Out about 4 times, that's the most we've eaten fast food in a long time 🍟🌯

The best Southern fast food in the area. The BBQ sandwich is tastier than many established BBQ shacks, and the chili-slaw dogs and milkshakes can't be beat for the price.

Customer service.. terrible. Food… terrible. The girl at the front took my order with her back turned towards me. Had no patience, and was completely unprofessional. Skip this location and go to another one! (LOOK AT THE MEAT, what kind of burger is this?)

Subject: Customer Service Complaint I would like to report a poor experience at your Cook Out location. A short Hispanic male employee wearing a blue apron, who was working near the second window by the carry-out area, was rude and dismissive when I requested an itemized receipt showing the price of each item purchased. We also had issues with our order. The first time we ordered, it appeared he did not hear us correctly, and we had to repeat our order. We were given a large fry instead of the regular fry we ordered, and the only receipt we received was for the spicy wrap. When I asked for an itemized receipt for the entire order, he repeatedly pointed to the total receipt taped to the bag and ignored my request. I believe customers should be treated respectfully and receive proper assistance when concerns are raised.

Customer service was terrible. They gave me a singular sauce for 2 trays, they were rude and impatient and the black dude with dreads and a tattoo and the white girl with a nose piercing kept giving me weird looks and making jokes. Would never willing come here again. It’s not hard to show customers any amount of professionalism.
