i am SO HAPPY! cookout, you have surpassed the hype. thanks for helping me figure out how to order right. food ATE and service was EXCEPTIONAL. 10/10

I live nearby and have been a loyal customer at this Cook Out location for a while. It used to be a reliable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has taken a serious decline since a particular employee — a woman working the drive-thru with an obviously bad wig — began taking orders. Every time she handles my order, it’s incorrect. The first incident involved me ordering hot dogs, only to get home and discover I had been given corn dogs. When I returned to have the order corrected, she was dismissive and rude, insisting I re-enter the drive-thru line instead of simply fixing the mistake. Tonight was the final straw. On May 14tg at 11:40pm I ordered food and a HUGE drink. When I got to the window, she handed me a LARGE instead. I pointed out the issue and offered to pay the difference. Instead of resolving the situation, she repeatedly shut the window in my face mid-sentence, refusing to take my payment or acknowledge the mistake. Eventually, she begrudgingly swapped the cups — not out of professionalism, but clearly just to get me out of her line. She then snatched the cash from my hand and threw the cup back at me with the lid halfway on, causing the drink to spill all over my hand and down the side of my car. The entire exchange was appalling. Her attitude, blatant disrespect, and complete lack of customer service are unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed, and frankly angry, that someone like this is representing your business. This used to be a great location — now it’s defined by consistently poor service and unnecessary hostility

You can place your order in detail, confirm that your order has been understood and they will STILL hand you the wrong order after you’ve clearly communicated yourself 2-3 times. Then turn around and blame you for the issue on top of that. The Hispanic female manager here is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She made a simple 2-topping milkshake wrong TWO times then got mad at me and slammed the window in my face for not accepting something I did order when I made myself very clear while ordering. Definitelyyyyy reporting her to corporate 🥴 because what makes you think you can just give people whatever YOU want when they placed and paid for their preferrence? No I will not accept a milkshake with literally no toppings at all when I ordered extra toppings. And no I will not accept snickers when I ordered Reese’s AND repeated myself when doing it.

Iv been there a few times NOT once did they get my order right. Then whan the did fix it . I think they gave me to oldest food they could find . Slimy lettuce cheese just smeared everywhere. Then here's the kicker . So is all they had to say is sorry with a BS smile and when they shut the window they ALL just started laughing. McDonald's is better then them . That's pretty bad.

Guess it depends on the Cookout you go to. My burger today was a disappointment. See pic... so small & dry. Looked like sausage patty. 😞. The onion rings and corn dog was good. My drink had so much ice in it that I didn't have enough drink to finish my meal. I know Cookout tries to be great, but today, it didn't cut it. I'm only speaking for this location, yet I don't recommend it.
