The woman at the RIGHT side window was super sweet 5/3/26 at 8pm and enjoyed talking to her while my food was being made. Food was really hot. Didn’t get a picture of the hotdog because I ate it so quickly. Will be back for a milkshake sometime. The roadside style is very cool and I like that the old sign wasn’t changed. Honestly, the nostalgia is why I even stopped here.

I ordered Chili cheese fries and got only regular fries. They gave me tomatoes and onions on my burger when I asked for none to be on the burger . I called and the phone goes straight to the answering machine. Also no sauces in the bag .

I bought a strawberry banana, milkshake and a cookout hot dog with everything on it 3/5/26, the milkshake was running and very loose. The banana was not cut and or sliced. It looks like they put the whole banana in the cup. The hot dog tasted like a six-year-old kid made it. Someone needs to check on their employees at this location. Please

Cook out is awesome. Best tasting burgers. And the shakes are real. Get the peanut butter and banana milkshake, all real ingredients

I had 2 other people in the car with me and nobody knew what they wanted it was midnight and we were being a little complicated (I work in food service) there was an African American man with glasses working in the drive thru and he was so patient and kind to us. The food was hot and fresh and the milkshakes were amazing.
