So on may 21st at 3:40pm in the drive through was completely lied to and missed treated. Management please look into who the person was working in the drive-through. The lady in the drive-through told me that Jack in the box does not sell medium fries. That was the first red flag so I ordered small fries. She tried to add a soda to my order and I told her 3 times I don’t want soda and she continued to keep it on the order. When I pulled around to the window she gave me a dirty look and then walked into the back to go talk to the cook to possibly spit in my food so I left. Do not go to this location! The lady completely ignored me when I told her to take the soda off the order and acted like I wasn’t speaking. Please fire this person management! I will never go back to this location ever! I’ve been to this location many times and eat there every week but I’ve never seen that person in the drive-through they need to be fired!

The food was amazing!! It was hot and fresh and I don't mind having to wait for food so I know its fresh. The service was amazing. We were there really late at night after a long 16 hour work day and they made our night so much better. They were very friendly and did a great job. Anytime I'm in this area I will look forward to eating there again.

I have been to this location twice months apart both times the customer service has been amazing and both time the food was hot and fresh. I stopped eating Jack in the Box a little over a year ago due to store condition and customer service in Rock Hill where I live. This will definitely be my go to fast food spot when im in the area. Management at this location is clearly managing well. Staff seem happy and are working efficiently to build a customer base.

We LOVE Jack in the box. Great burgers, affordable. I had a junior Jack, and I asked for no cheese, but they put it in anyway. My hubby ordered a Double Jack, and we got just burgers, no fries or drink. They serve an all day breakfast. My only complaint is that the 2 handicap spots were on the side where the door was looked, so you had to walk over rocks and into the restaurant.

Good very friendly service, Burger & Fries was good and fresh, but just average no wow factor except for the price. Way over priced not worth $13.00, but so is everything else these days. Would not pay that again for it.
