Both the Manager and Staff Member were super cool and super nice.. we are from out of town and wanted a great Burger, we bought 4 and 2 Chicken Bit/Fries boxes and drinks and the Manager was super accommodating to us and our figuring out what we wanted… so 5 Stars for the great efforts and work to all.. We could be happier and I told her it’s been years since I had a Checkers/Rallies, last time was in Florida when I was working down there.. my friend with me is a first timer and love it…

We ordered a number nine and a chicken bite box with two orders of mozzarella sticks. Get up to the window the young lady that is making her food does not have gloves on then we watch the gentleman who is making our food with the gloves. come in touch money as well as the window and the register and go back to making food with the same same gloves. I have never in my life seen some nasty stuff like that but touching people’s food with no gloves is the most disgusting BS ever.

Eet a year ago

Whenever I need to grab lunch before work or need late night grub and have the luxury of time, I go to this Rally’s on 55th. My family has frequent here ever since I can remember. I loved going to the post office across the street with my great grandmother just because she would get us food here afterwards. Lol. Anytime I wanna try a new menu item/promotion like the bbq brisket burger or today’s Philly cheesesteak burger, I bet on this location to prepare it right! The employees always persevere in getting me together, whether their systems are misbehaving or their inventory is low. Special acknowledgement to Miss Erica for her wonderful service I experienced today. I’ll pull around every time for that level of care & quality.

I know a lot of people use reviews as an opportunity to complain, but I think it’s equally important to give kudos where they are due. I just had lunch at this location and was helped by Antonio. He was great, and professional and courteous. Very very happy with my experience. Take care of this kid,, he should go go far.

First time ever there and they were out of banana shakes...I was disappointed cuz I don't have a rallys near me. Well the employee said to come back and he would give me a free large banana shake...im also in customer service and I give his skills a A+
