Today I decided to try Swenson’s for the first time. It seemed like a good choice on a late Sunday night. My experience ended up exceeding my expectations by a long shot. The two employees were absolutely amazing and went above & beyond in creating a satisfactory experience. They were very professional and enthusiastic about providing a great service experience. I left feeling like my dollar was well spent and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you.

The food was really good so good that I couldn't get many pictures of the food from the family because they finished it. The only issue I had was with the ravioli promotion all mine came hollow but otherwise the service was top tier. Everything tasted very fresh.

As a lifelong advocate and former employee I and extremely disappointed in the performance of the Brooklyn location. For how strict management was for us to hold the standards to perfection it has definitely become less than adequate. I went tonight and my burgers were not only missing toppings but the burgers were burnt. On top of that servers no longer “sprint and smile” and the server that gave me the food didn’t even say thank you when I gave him a tip. He replied “cool” and went to the next car. Sadly this has been a reoccurring thing. I hope this changes and take their image and job seriously.

17$ for a cheeseburger that the bun fell apart and the burger was so small I thought we ordered from the kids menu. My husband had the galley burger. Again, kid menu size and bun fell apart. Fries were ok. Very nice presentation to our car. Very friendly staff who rely on tips. Food horrible!! Never again!!

Food was absolutely delicious. They forgot bacon on my burger but immediately apologized and grabbed me a new one free of charge. Nick was our server and he was great! Very friendly and fast. The shake was also very yummy. The great food and service made it a memorable experience. Will come back!
