I truly HATE when my food is played with. 6/14 @ around 2am we ordered two sourdough double melt combos. I’ll attach a picture for reference. The sandwiches we received were not toasted, the patties were old and broken into pieces, the sandwiches were cold and there weren’t onions on either of them. These sandwiches were made without even a thought of how they should be.

It was a nice day and we chose to eat outside so we went to the only fast food joint with outdoor tables. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good!. We all shared the funnel fries for desert. They were good but could've used some caramel sauce or hot fudge sauce to dip in. The service was quick and friendly. I think they don't have bathrooms for customers though.

Got here at around 8:15 it was a little full but completely understood. Pulled up, paid, told me to go to the second window because they’re a little delayed ok I understand. Waited in line and when I finally pulled up to the window around 8:40 they didn’t even come to the window until 9:05 and then almost gave us the wrong order. Unbelievable an employee even stopped and went on their phone for five minutes. I understand being delayed and how it gets busy but this was truly unremarkable. Rally’s is never worth waiting almost a whole hour for their food. Don’t come here if you want to wait for over an hour for just a burger go to wendy’s.

I just went here and waited more than 35 minutes for my food. They served 1 person during that time so I decided to leave without any food even though I already paid. I will never come here again. I gave this place a second chance after waiting a half hour for my food last time, but never again.

i very strongly dislike the drive thru speaker, but i can deal. the thing is that there is always AT LEAST one item missing every time i order without fail. only reason my review is not lower is because Ive never had issues with taste or temperature
