Not worth the price not even close. But i bought into all the huplla. Not for this guy. 30.00 for a burger fries and onion rings with a small soad nuts! for fast food!. Shame on me for trying it amd contributing to the hype. Unfortunately the quality of the ingredients they believe is worth the price only accounted for the nice Hawaiian style bun they use. The rest left a lot to be desired. The ground beef had way to much fat in it which lead to the nice crispy textured but also you could taste it in the flavor profile of the burger. Onion rings were ok but definitely not gourmet But I guess we can all be entitled to our opinions. We will agree to disagree. I dine out a lot as you can see by the amount of reviews I have . I so wanted it to be amazing and I unfortunately way off the Mark.

Food was fine, this is honestly the slowest shake shack I've ever been to. It's about 35% full, it took 40 minutes to get food. Absolutely ridiculous

Stopped by the Shake Shack in downtown Cleveland the morning after a night out, and it hit the spot perfectly! The burgers were deliciously amazing—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also tried the milkshakes and some of the refreshing drinks, and everything was amazing. The interior was super clean with a modern vibe, and we loved the fun touches like the shuffleboard and air hockey table—great for killing time while you wait. Service was quick and efficient—you can order at the self-serve tablets or with a staff member, and they’ll bring the food right to your table. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying bite in a fun, casual atmosphere!

We did delivery from Uber eats and we were missing food, my burger was not a patty it was meat clumped together and it was supposed to be well done and it was RAW!!!!! My onion rings were burnt and tasted like old grease disgusting threw the whole order away!
