I’ve recently discovered Steak & Shake and I really feel in love. Although if you’re going for a late night dinner/snack this is NOT the place. I went this there evening and they completely messed up our order. We let them know what needed to be fixed 3 time. They said they will make it fresh and to pull to the side. The took our older order and receipt. We waited an additional 10 minutes waiting and the burgers that came out WERE THE EXACT SAME AS THE FIRST ONES and they forgot our milkshakes AGAIN. The burgers were cold and not good but we didn’t feel like complaining about cause clearly they just didn’t care. We showed up over 30 minutes before closing. P A T H E T I CCCCCCC. I don’t even want to come back again I’m so sad

Went through the drive-thru just to order fries. Car before us didn't pay and left with their food. Casheer charged us for their 20ish dollar meal. Been here plenty of times, Drive-thru is usually rude. Not this time, probably because of the screw up. Tried to get us to get our refund tomorrow because she didn't know how, had to call her boss, kept us after for like 45 minutes while she figured it out. Boss shouldn't be leaving people without a manager on staff. Kind of a douchey thing to do. Hire a new manager or promote somebody.

Careful with the up-charging when going through the drive through! I got a shake special ($2.34) and a double burger combo (5.99) and she charged me $10.99 - She then tried to explain the difference as a penalty for ‘breaking up the combo’. Sooooo greasy!!!

Warning hair in the food! This is not the steak and shake I grew up with. I almost finished my food to find a black hair in my food. The burger was greasy and off tasting. On top of that self service and it is not what it used to be. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will not visit again.

This is a great location, can be busy at times. I enjoy the milkshakes 🥤 , burgers 🍔 and their crispy shoestring fries 🍟. Many locations closed but please support this one. Recommend going.
