This Wendy's is one of the worst franchises in the entire United States of America, not even exaggerating. The food is always overcooked and cold. The wait time is horrible, whether you're waiting in line or waiting for your order. Not to mention that this restaurant is disgusting trash, and food is all over the floor, tables, and floor are super sticky and nasty. Also, looking behind the counter is even worse, with stains on the machines, spills everywhere, and a very unorganized workspace. On top of all that, the workers are very rude and really don't care when they get your order wrong.

By far the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to, mainly because the staff are incredibly rude and just absolutely awful. They all look/sound under the influence of substances and couldn’t care less about serving you politely or promptly. It’s insane this place is still open with how horrible it is.

So I just tried to call this location about my order. 5 TIMES!!!!! FIRST call, someone answered and said, "listen little girl, I don't have time for this put your mama on the phone." Then decided to hang up on me before I could even say anything back!. But Umm excuse me.....is this how you are training your staff and management to answer the phone... Also.... My husband went through the drive through for me while I was on video chat with him and asked if they still have the Avocado Chicken Salad that is posted on their website.....the lady told him no so I had him get me the Ceasar Chicken Salad and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, large with a coke...... THE SALAD IS SPOILED!!! TOOK ONE AND I MEAN ONE BITE AND ALMOST THROW UP IN MY MOUTH.....IT TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE SPOILED MILK AND ROTTEN DECAYING FOOD... so just to make sure I wasn't crazy.....I had my husband take a bite. And mind you, my husband doesnt eat Salad very much but he will eat it on occasion. He took one bite and chewed twice and spit out the Salad and throw up. I was really looking forward to this salad..... My Spicy chicken sandwich.......came as a plain regular (non-spicy) sandwich.... And my large coke.....did come has a large.....but came with NO ICE!!! WHY?!?! I NOR MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR NO ICE....WE BOTH ALWAYS GET ICE...... THE ONLY THING THAT WAS RIGHT.....WAS THE FRYS...... AND SOME people might think....ohh..well everyone makes mistakes or things happen..blah blah blah But this cost me and my husband almost $22 dollars.....yes....you read that right.....almost $22 dollars for a salad and a Spicy chicken sandwich meal.... I wish yall could smell and taste this through the pictures....absolutely nasty Imma call a lawyer and see what my options are.. why....because serving rotten food is a health hazard and could cause harm to someone.

I’m a local. Most of the time they are consistent, but in the later part of the evenings they are extremely dysfunctional and are ‘unable’ to serve the public. Last time I was there they only accepted online or delivery orders, and tonight at 10:40pm o was told their system is down and unless I have a delivery order they are closed. LOTS AND LOTS of revenue lost to this franchise owner.

“Here, hope goes to die—slowly, like waiting 30 minutes for a Frosty.” Easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always awful, the staff couldn’t care less, and the whole place reeks of weed and spoiled food the second you walk in. The dining area looks like it’s cleaned once in a blue moon, and the kitchen isn’t much better. Customer service is a joke. I once waited nearly 30 minutes for a small Frosty—with no other customers in line and plenty of employees standing around. That alone tells you everything you need to know. On another visit, I watched kids (like 7–8 years old, not teens) run wild through the restaurant and even go behind the counter. Not a single employee bothered to stop them. Total chaos. If you absolutely need Wendy’s, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. This one is a disaster. P.S. I know it’s not everyone’s dream job to work at a fast food place and it may not be enjoyable but at least fake it till you make it. Edit: Once in a blue moon you may get a decent or even nice employee.
