The food was good and the service was friendly, so no complaints there. However, as a parent of young children, the layout made dining inside very difficult. Unlike other locations with a traditional indoor playground, this location only has a small toddler play area that is completely open and positioned near two exits, with no enclosure or barrier. The dining seating is also arranged in a way that makes it hard to keep an eye on young children while eating. For parents of little ones- especially those who are prone to wandering or running off- the setup felt stressful and, at times, unsafe. I found myself focusing more on monitoring my children than enjoying the meal. If you’re grabbing food to go, this is a good option. But if you’re planning to dine in with young children, you may want to consider a different location with a more family-friendly play area and seating arrangement.

I love this place, food is delicious and the service is very nice, Waiters always available to help without making you feel harassed. Place is always clean and relaxing. The children's play area has a door that prevents outside noise.

I’m just so fed up with this location. There has been way too many times that my food hasn’t been right. They act confused like they don’t know what’s going on. This is just not like chick fil an and I can’t be the only one that experiences the things I’m experiencing. On top of that I have to order my food through the phone because I’m a cancer patient and can’t drive at the moment so when I get my food it’s constantly wrong when I KNOW that I have the correct order over the phone, genuinely played on my emotions tonight. It’s over and over. Literally last night AND tonight and times before. I keep letting it slide. I will no longer use this location but I’m leaving this review for others.

Easy to order ahead using the Mobile Thru options on the app. I order when I leave the house and it's ready quickly when I get there. I've got my go-to meal saved in the app. I log in, pull up my pickup location, then add my meal to my cart. The app tracks you, and notifies the store when you're getting close to start making the order. That way it's fresh at pick up. It's so easy to pull into the mobile thru line, scan the QR code as arrival confirmation and pull up and leave with my meal. So convenient!
