First time trying Dave’s… We ordered the chicken slider and tender meal, then a side of Mac & cheese. I got the light mild and my boyfriend got the medium. The light mild had no heat and the medium had very little. Honestly, I don’t handle heat that well, so if I can tolerate it and you like heat, then maybe go higher than a medium. With that said, it has a lot of seasoning on it, but it still felt under-seasoned with the salt. Maybe they don’t salt it much because it has the sauce on the side, but the sauce wasn’t that good, so if you don’t want to eat it with that, maybe try it with ketchup or ask for some salt. The fries however, were really yummy and had the perfect crisp. The Mac cheese was too runny and the pasta was too soft for my liking. For our drink we got the peach iced tea, and oh my, that was yummy!! Overall, it was pretty good. Not sure if I’ll go out of my way to eat it again, but maybe, if I’m in the area.

Fresh, Fast, and Full of Flavor I had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. The food was clearly made to order — hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Service was quick and friendly, and there was no wait to order or pick up. The team kept things running smoothly, and the outdoor seating made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. Only watch-out: parking can be a little tight since the restaurant sits on a narrow street. Still, totally worth it — I’ve been back two other times since this first visit.

Overrated and underhated. It was expensive no drink included and the chicken was somehow seasoned but lacking flavor??? Tables were sticky, the soda at the machines were not refilled with syrup, so it tasted watered down. The restaurant lacked character? Just a overhyped chain in my opinion. Also the sauce was bland, it wasn’t bad just nothing special. The lady at the counter was very kind and patient though so I appreciated that. I thought the shows on the tv was a little funny though. Overall mid experience, would not buy again.

Ordered through Uber and it was awesome! Hot when it got here. Order was completely correct. The presentation looked nice and it was more food than I expected! I got the 4 slider 2 mozzarella sticks and chicken on the side deal. It was a lot! The reaper is the perfect level of spice to me. This was my first time ordering but I’ll be ordering again. 💓💓💓

We were out in Fort Worth at Justin's Boot Barn (forgive me if that is not the correct name) and stopped for lunch. You can never go wrong with Dave's Hot Chicken. Anytime I am close to one, I will stop. I typically get reaper because I really like spicy food and I've gotten reaper at other Dave's Hot Chicken spots before but I will say this was by far the spiciest reaper I've ever had. It was so spicy it made it hard to eat and enjoy. I would not get reaper from this location again. I always get extra Dave's sauce and this location had them all in containers rather than packets. Customer service was great. Parking at this location is not great but that is likely because you are super close to TCU and the area is very walkable. They also have a pick up window for mobile, door dash ect.
