This is unfortunate because this is my favorite Chick-fil-A. But this is not okay. I ordered online and set it to have 5 pickles inside both my sandwiches. And they threw like 25 pickles in each. Made it nasty, and super soggy to the point where the bread is falling apart and even the breading on the chicken is super soggy. This is not okay

I loooove Chick-fil-A, but this specific location doesn’t seem to be up to par. I order take-out from this location a lot, and there is just no hospitality. No greeting, no hello, no my pleasure, just here’s your food. And almost half the time, the order comes out past the quote time. Food is always good though!

I had the pleasure of meeting the friendliest woman—I believe her name was Carlene. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and personable. Her outstanding service made an already great dining experience even better.

I frequent this ChickFila for lunch via the drive through window. I am very consistent with my orders but I always "Up-Size" the fries and drink and pay for it but only ask the the drink only have ice in the upsized glass. Today, I was told I could only get ice in the smaller cup. I said why? I am paying for the "Up-sized" drink.... just do not want an actual drink, just ice.... the response made no sense, they simply said it is a new policy. I responded and said that makes no sense at all if I am willing to pay for it. So I simply asked for a full refund. I have been getting this weekly for like the last year and a half. What gives....... ??

I went this location for breakfast yesterday morning. After my doctor appointment and I used my free chicken biscuit reward. Also , purchased some hash browns. I headed to work and opened my bag in my car. The hash browns were fried too hard and tasty extra crunchy. Chicken on my biscuit was small and seemed premade and not fresh. I don't know if the location is short staffed. But this experience was dud. 😖
