I’ve been wanting to try In-N-Out for a while now and I have to say it’s actually really good. I was surprised to know that options are limited. We went with a cheeseburger and fries. The seasoning was so good and I get the hype.

This food was clearly sitting around before it was sold to me the bottom bread of the burger was hard and the fries were soggy. My first time and last time eating here. I would have asked for a refund but I had to get back to work. Do better

Good quality food an great customer service. Food order took about 5-10mins to come out at a busy dinner rush hour. Food was hot and fresh, put together very nicely. This is the only in n out I’ve been too outside of California and it was right on par with quality. Prices are one of their staples and this location is no different- been here as well near closing time and the service and professionalism was as expected. Will return regularly

I went there this evening, the Hulen location; it was my first and last visit. I ordered a cheeseburger, no onions, no ketchup or mayo, with mustard, to go. I asked about onion rings, and was told tbey don't do those; OK, I got fries, instead. I was asked 3 times, about onions on my burger, and said NO ONIONS. I guess Zamariah DA thought she knew better than me, because when I got home, there was a full slice of onion on my cheeseburger. I'm not, but I have a friend who is deathly allergic to onions, he would have had to toss the whole thing. I had to remove them, but the taste was still there. The burger was nothing to make me want another; even Sonic has a better tasting burger. The 'hand-cut fries' should have had twice as much cross-section, they would have been better. I should have gone next door, and gotten a clown-burger. The one good thing was the tomato. Solid slices, from top or bottom, with no seeds, just solid slices.

Food was fresh and hot! The line was long but it moved fast and service was friendly! My only complaint is that we order 7 up and got bitter soda water instead. Seems like the flavor filter needed to be changed.
