They know their product and make the best chicken fingers. We are in the US from Australia and Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers was better than we could have dreamed, the tastiest chicken fingers I have ever had! Excellent and friendly service with a very clean and appealing store.

Took our girls here after their cheerleading competition. We called to order ahead and the manager there was amazing. We only had about 10 minutes from the comp to this location, but in that time, our order of almost 40 combos was already ready. Was really smooth thanks to staff being friendly and prepared for such a large group.

My experience at this Canes was terrible! First and foremost, the chicken tenders are extremely bland. Canes, rely heavily on their Cane sauce to make their chicken taste better. I know of several folks that don't like dipping sauces at all, so without the sauce it's like eating deep fried water. The service was very poor. I felt like the kitchen worker that came out into the dining room area for cleaning, was intentionally singling me out and not asking me ifnI needed anything, or how I was doing. She said nothing at all to me, however, she asked every single other table of folks surrounding my table how they were doing. It was so obvious. I was beside myself. Never eating there again.

I don't ever go inside restaurant's I'm a drive through person. But their drive thru was super fast, which I'm greatful for because I can tent to be very impatient. I mean it's a drive thru so it should be fast. This was the first time I've had this chicken. I thought it was amazing & they were tender, and hot. The sauce was great but (I'm already on to them on the sauce, I know what the sauce is) I'm pretty impressed though. I love chicken tenders and the toast was delicious too. So if you love chicken like me, go get some. Thanks Raising Cane's for awesome food.

The food was great, the ladies working at the speaker for drive through were great. However, there was a young woman at the outside window where you pickup your food that seemed to be having a bad day. She was very rude and discourteous in her behavior. Upon walking away to go inside the building I asked a fellow crew member what her name was he had to ask someone else as he didn't know. Her name was Erica. She made my experience there a not so pleasant one. If she's having a bad day with someone else she definitely should not be taking it out on customers that had nothing to do with the situation . She needs some more training on customer service and knowledge that being polite goes a very long way in this world.
