What are yall doing? 02/25/2026 10:23pm I came thru the drive thru. Asked for a chili cheese tot medium and a SMALL mozzarella. And a large root beer. Root beer flat. Yall give me a medium mozzarella stick. Chili cheese FRIES which are always DRY that’s why I ask for tots. Yall forgot the marina sauce. I called but no one picks up. Quit being in a rush to close everything down and focus on at least getting orders correct. My dog and I come through all the time and it’s like every time I get the younger folks. My stuff is ALWAYS messed up.

I love this sonic. It's really convenient location wise and always price wise. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. I do wish ownership/higher management would help this location with things that are broken (speaker box, card readers) so that the employees could work more efficiently. Nevertheless, food is always great. I love the sonic smash burger with a diet cherry coke :-)

This place is really unique and super convenient. You can grab food while filling up your gas, which already makes it stand out. On top of that, they also offer services like a post office and check cashing all in one location. Everything being available in one stop makes it a really impressive and useful spot.

Ordered online ahead of time, got to the store, waited 30 minutes, still no food. I go inside and tell them my name for the order and said they already handed it off and that “Drew” left 20 minutes ago. Yet I’m standing right in front of them. Waited another few minutes, got my “order“ and left. Made it all the way home to realize everything that was in the bag was completely random and nothing what I ordered. Pathetic

Did not acknowledge me at the drive through until I said something after several minutes of waiting. Saw a couple other cars speed off in frustration. Ordering experience was awful, no customer service skills and the screen told me to move up otherwise I would have had no idea do so so. Either more help our staff change would be advantageous of this location.
