The food came out quickly. Cantina tacos were prepared the way they should be, but the chips were stale. I used to work at a Taco Bell so I know how to make all of these things from my experience and I know when things were held too long. It was 2pm at that point and there were at least 5 people on the floor. They open at 7. It takes 10 minutes to prep chips. No good excuse for them to be old. Not only that, but the lobby was a complete mess, even though an older woman was walking around with no sense of urgency acting like she was cleaning. How can you be standing around doing nothing, and miss the tables with crumbs all over the surface and chairs? They also didn't check the screens for my drink when I was served, and didn't bother to communicate to their cashier working at the front to make one for my order. All it takes is a "hey, can you make a (x) freeze for this order?" "heard" that's it. Not that difficult. She was also rude when I asked for utensils. When I was eating inside, the woman working the driver through was yelling at the top of her lungs as well. Couldn't even eat in peace. Not coming back. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible communication with each other. I know myself how easy it is to do better than this. This store needs to raise their standards.

it was wonderful all I needed, though was three sides of melted cheese because I had went to a pretty popular Mexican restaurant in that area and ordered a fried burrito and wanted it covered in chili and queso, and when I got there to pick up the food, the burrito was not fried and they gave me shredded mozzarella cheese. I could not believe it and it had enchilada sauce on the side, which I gotta give it to them that the enchilada sauce was good messy but good I am the waitress was very nice but I guess they just didn't understand that I wanted a fried burrito and I have to also give it to him that the burrito and the meat inside the burrito. It was actually really good but if I would've had the chili to go over it, oh my goodness it would've been the bomb but since it wasn't the bomb, and since there was no queso because I told them if they don't come with queso, then let me order a side of queso, but the weird thing was is this Mexican restaurant did not have queso. They don't sell queso at all. I was completely dumbfounded so I said OK well so far for me getting what I wanted to eat tonight so I thought about it and I said wait a minute I'm gonna go buy Taco Bell because I know darn well they have queso so I bought three small sides of queso cheese and it was delicious. I was able to put it all over my burrito and it was life-changing. It changed the whole situation with that meal so thank you so much for the convenience of Taco Bell. whoop whoop 🙌

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food is never fresh stale tortillas and chalupa shells. They really do not care about the customers here. I love Taco Bell but this one is the closest so I don't really ever get it. The atmosphere is blah everyone gets out of jail goes straight there. I wouldn't dine in. Do better Taco Bell!!! I would rate zero stars if I could

We had great experience with manager Jimmy . Such a professional guy , very kind and respectful. We need more people like him . Definitely deserves a raise ! Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been at !

The staff was too notch and the food was fulfilling ohsnap and the freezes will have you spinning the block twice. All time favorite Blue Raspberry. Is it safe to say get it while its cold😆😆🤷🥶 Taco Bell Lancaster Tx
