I placed an online order and it said it would be ready in 6-9 minutes. I went inside and told the girl I was there for my pickup order. She brought me my drink and said they are just waiting on 1 item. I said ok no problem. 20 minutes pass and I’m fed up. I ask another girl, who is so high she can barely open her eyes, if my order was almost done. She asked my name and I told her. She went back and asked the cook, who told her yeah it’s sitting right there. She put the fries in the bag and said sorry I forgot about it. The lobby was filthy. Not a clean table in sight and trash on the floor. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the cook made the food perfectly. I can tell he cares about customer experience. The food was even placed in the bag very neatly. I’d also like to add, there was a manager on duty. So I don’t understand how something like this even happens.

Grabbed an order here on the way home, and was unsatisfied. Asked for a Monterey Melt, no *American* cheese, and ended up getting one with no cheese at all. Dry as anything. Ate it though, I'll be damned if I'm not if it goes to waste. I will not be responding to any replies.

Picked up a to go meal and they put me to waite wich is fine I did not waite that long at all maybe 30 seconds or 1 min but the guy that gave me my food named Mark was VERY polite made sure I had the correct food BIG on proper southern hospitality I hope they give him a raise he came out in the rain and made sure I was happy 😊

Wonderful, however EXPENSIVE, DELICIOUS food!!! Service was lacking a bit, but I had a new girl take my order(3×,bless her heart!), so that issue will probably be fixed in the near future. Otherwise, everything was Great!!!

This whataburger sucks like fr this is my second time I go to get food and I NEVER GET WHAT I ORDERED!!! I do mobile pick an have done drive thru pick up a these people still don’t do there job!!! I wait in mobile pick up for about 30+ minutes and I see customers park next to me get their food before mine that is ridiculous in the stockyards. I will never come here again and then I asked the manager who is the operation manager some lady Mariah an says nothing did not ask is something I need help with or anything And leavesThis whataburger sucks like fr this is my second time I go to get food and I NEVER GET WHAT I ORDERED!!!
