Consistently kept tidy, for the surrounding areas it is typically the cleanest of the rest. As mentioned on other reviews the day shift typically works better/faster than nightshift but that is expected from any business. I never seem to waste an obscene amount of time on the drive-thru and it would be expedited if people learned to use both lanes. Judging food from a chain is pointless but their service does hold up, i have gotten orders wrong before but were quickly rectified after it was made known.

The day shift does fine. The night shift is dreadful. Tonight i ordered a kids meal, chicken strips, unsweetened tea,a cheeseburger and a cup of gravy. I was handed the tea, I tasted it, told the girl at the window it was ruin/ spoiled.she said oh, ok. That's all. No offer to get me a water or anything else. When I looked in the bag there was no cheeseburger. I told her. She said its in the bag. I said its not. She rolled her eyes, said "just give me the bag and the receipt " I did. I eventually got my bag back with burger and without my cuo of gravy this time( it was previously in the bag).went inside to get my gravy and ask for a water to replace the tea I paid for that was soured.whe I got home, the cheeseburger had no cheese and almost no meat. The patty was so thin,it looked as if it was shaved off of the top of a patty already cooked . So thin in fact, it had a hole in the middle of it.

Whataburger! WhataSERVICE! My burger was hot, fresh and delicious. Done just as requested. But the ladies working the window made the experience this time. Laura, I believe, took my order was so personable and pleasant. Abbie working the window was friendly and absolutely lovely! Thanks gals for being so delightful.

I never leave reviews, but I called and they didn’t answer so I will say it here. Every single time me and my coworkers order uber eats from here, they don’t put the ketchup that we ask for. We don’t get lunch breaks, so we have to order. Uber eats orders matter just as much as in person orders. We always make sure to put the ketchup on our orders. For a while they weren’t giving us straws either, but they recently stopped that. This has been an ongoing issue for many weeks. Their food is great, but I don’t want their onion rings or fries without ketchup.

I had a bad experience here. I went for their grand opening and even though they were busy, it took them way longer than expected. I ordered an avocado bacon burger, an order of chicken bites, and an order of onion rings. I ordered at 7:27pm inside the restaurant. They had a full staff of teenagers who were gossiping and not focusing on their task at hand. They probably had about 20 teenagers with 3 adults. After the people behind me got their orders, I questioned the person at the counter about my order. She asked the teenager working who went to another teenager who said she didn't know about my order. Finally, I flagged down an adult manager who said they were waiting on the chicken bites. It was 7:47pm at this point. I then saw the manager go to the teenager working the chicken station and they argued back and forth. The manager then told me it would be three minutes before my order was ready. Sure enough, three minutes later, the manager gave me my order of chicken bites. No burger. No onion rings. I then showed him my receipt and he apologized and said the rings were ready and out them in a bag for me. I then asked about my burger and they made it right then. It took close to 25 minutes to get my "fast food." Hopefully, no one will have the same experience.
