What a lovely 'large' sweet cream iced coffee, don't you think? We ordered two, waited for the second. Both were supposed to be large, both came out underfilled like this, almost certainly in a smaller cup than they were supposed to, and both were *absolutely* disgusting. So much for sweet cream. These are bitter, and a disappointment in every possible way.

I HAD to post a review, because I just had the BEST service from a beautiful young lady named Madison, most fast food these days, their employees are just doing enough to get everyone thru the line (which is AWESOME and I totally appreciate and love that as well, totally good with me as long as they’re polite about it) but Madison gave me EXCEPTIONAL service, being so sweet and awesome, that I absolutely had to tip her and tell her about how amazing she is. So if yall come up here and meet her (and I’m sure the other employees are absolutely incredible too!) please, if you get the pleasure of being helped by her and your experience is as amazing as mine was, PLEASE, let her know how incredible she is!! (And DUH, the food was AWESOME too!!)

terrible service. Long wait to pay and made up pull forward and waited another extra five minutes to get our food. When we finally received it we kindly asked for more ketchup and an elder lady gave us attitude and said she put “enough there” there was only 1 in the bag. Would not recommend!

Dryest burger I've eaten in a long time. Overpowering taste of mustard. I like mustard, but was so much the bread was wet, the meat was dry. Literally ate less than half the burger and through it away. My kids tenders were rock hard and fries were lukewarm and flavorless. Hard times for Whataburger. Not the place I remember it being.

Horrible customer service waited 20 plus minutes for my curbside pickup and got there a little late so I wouldn’t have to wait this has happened plenty of times so I won’t be coming back to this location I’d rather make the extra 10 min drive to another location. Management especially after 5 does not care and always had an attitude or a I don’t care look on her face.
