Ricardo Bran a month agoAre they giving away the food? Running a special? Ordering was a cluster and picking up an even bigger cluster. Maybe if you come at off peak hours, it is less hectic. They do have several options so you can get a slider and a tender, 2 tenders, only sliders, etc. and lots of choices as to how hot or mild you want your chicken to be. A few tables in the front and bar sitting on the side with cool graffitied artwork on the walls. Chicken was on the dry side. Big pieces though. For me, the stats were the pickles: nice amount of them and not thinly sliced either. The shake was very thick so I also enjoyed that.
Eric 2 weeks agoPure Greed and Total Trash - Never Again! We came here as a family and it was a complete nightmare. It’s summer, boiling hot outside, and instead of turning on the AC, they just cracked a few windows open like a joke. The restaurant was like a sauna. To make it worse, their drink fountain machine was completely broken—no ice, no fountain drinks. Because we were sweating, we were forced to buy bottled drinks. When we asked for simple cups to drink from, they flat out refused and said, "We don't give cups, we sell them." I explained that their machine was broken and we just spent money on bottled drinks, but they didn't care. I called the manager over, and they were incredibly rude, dismissive, and just repeated that they wanted to sell us the cups. Absolute nickel-and-diming garbage! The food was just as pathetic as the service. The fries were dripping in old oil and burnt completely black. This business has gone completely downhill. They don't care about customer service or basic human decency; they are just a cheap, greedy operation obsessed with profit margins. Avoid this garbage place at all costs. A total waste of time and hard-earned money!
PhilE Sloniker 2 months agoAfter hearing about this place from my teenage daughter and her friends knowing I love hot spicy food I was on an adventure. Cold and rainy night in Seattle but I had to go. Easy to find and navigate not far off of Broadway. From the street the restaurant has that Cool vibe to it that wants to draw you in. Right on the corner it's easy to get to if you can find parking anywhere. I noticed quickly that people line up in the turning lane and just park with their flashers on to go inside. This was happening continuously so it must be a thing. So if you can't find parking I guess you do the Seattle thing and hit your four-way flashers and just stop in the turning lane up the entire road. Being my first time in I didn't find the kiosk that easy to navigate. I was trying to find something very spicy and was having difficulty finding the different levels. Once you figure it out I'm sure it gets easier each time. So feeling rushed I went with a 10-piece bites with fries. And with this option I was able to choose my spice level which I chose very hot. I think most times spice levels are a joke but this is not. I love hot spicy food and this definitely made my mouth and lips tingle. Definitely would recommend the very hot to spice lovers. The chicken bites were absolutely delicious. Served with fries on a piece of toast with some dipping sauce. The stack of pickles were a surprise and definitely appreciated. They are very tasty themselves. The fries were good. I was prompted and reminded about the milkshakes as I was checking out so I decided on the M&M shake. I couldn't tell if it was M&M's with ice cream or ice cream with M&Ms. It seems like there was an entire pack in one small Shake, it was unexpected and super cool. Don't even bother with a straw go straight for a spoon. The restaurant was very clean and presentable even with a young crowd inside. It was a very short interaction with employees just picking up my order but they were friendly and polite. The restaurant has tables and bench seating at the window. Fun to watch people walk by. Elysian Brewing just up and across the street if you need a cold beer. Definitely going back and would recommend.
Alicia P 8 months agoI have been ordering Ubereats from this restaurant whenever I am in town for the last year or more. It is one of the restaurants that I always order from as soon as I hit the ground in Seattle. The chicken is usually crisped to perfection and each time I’ve eaten it has been with my eyes closed and enjoying every bite. Today was a complete nightmare!!! I ordered the usual #4 slider with fries that’s supposed to come with 2 large tenders each on a buttery potato bun with drizzled Dave’s sauce, kale slaw and pickles. The food arrived nearly overdone on the outside, but uncooked on the inside. There was no kale slaw, pickles or Dave’s sauce on the sandwich. It was just two over/under cooked, gross tasting, chicken tenders thrown on a piece of sliced bread with zero condiments. They didn’t even have the courtesy to put napkins in the bag. Where they do that at? But you know what they did put in the bag, a referral card for a different 2.7/5 rated Gong cha bubble tea shop. Are you kidding me? Do you want to push somebody else’s restaurant but you don’t even give someone napkins? I tried to get them on the phone for 15 minutes or so, and no one would answer. I was steaming mad because when you have your mouth set for something and then you have spoken highly of it to someone else, it ruins your life. I was ready to throw blows with them. This has always been a favorite for me but now I will be hesitant to order from them again as they obviously have someone new working there that cares zero about the customer experience. I’m so upset because I had my mouth watering for the sandwich and I sold the hell out of it to my youngest child. It was so disappointing and disgusting.
Vlada Zakharova a month agoSuch a delicious chicken burger - highly recommend it! The flavors were spot on and every bite was satisfying. The cheese fries are also absolutely amazing and the perfect side to go with it. A great spot if you are craving a solid, satisfying meal!
