The place was empty when we went and although that usually stops us, this time, we decided to go in and try something new. We weren’t disappointed!! We have no idea what we ordered but it was all deliciously fresh and well made. They have two automated kiosks where you select what you want, customized to ur specific needs, pay and the food is brought out to you. I imagine that it came out to us because the place was empty, otherwise I’m sure they call out the order number. Two burgers were well made and the Tokyo mayo was good. The fries were also fresh. Oh! And the stubborn sodas? Yes please!!

Feels like I stumbled into one of those places that feels very Seattle, not a chain I would find at home. Super casual, a little quirky, unexpectedly awesome. Portions were large, burgers are breaded and fried but it’s a very light breading and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

My son said that this was delicious. He substituted his beef for chicken; no problems. He also ordered some French fries. Everyone in our family agrees that they were copycat McDonald’s fries. My son said he would definitely eat here again.

First time dining here. Great food and service. It was late on a Saturday night so it was not really busy. Had the Tokyo burger and fries and it was great! Ordering at the kiosk was simply and straight forward,with plenty of menu options. Portions are large as well. Two of us dined for under 50 dollars.

Super delicious yummy katsu burgers and great shakes! Shoestring fries were crunchy and spicy! It really was a crunchy burger experience. Very highly reccomend.
