Scrumptious. Absolutely delicious food, consistently good, and a great value. Plenty of options for chicken, beef, vegetarian eaters. We had the impossible katsu burger, wagyu katsu burger, fries, croquettes, and a shake. Don’t miss their black sesame shake, it’s divine. You can order ahead online. People were very friendly, plenty of clean tables to sit at too. All of their locations and wonderful.

Awesome find. The burgers are absolutely fantastic and huge in size. Very filing. Not a typical brightly lit cafe but an understated clean place where the food stands out. The guy at the counter was very polite and helpful. He also gave us a complimentary chai shake. We ordered: Godzilla burger with chicken katsu & mushroom 1000/10 Baja Dori (requested to remove bacon) 999/10 Nori fries w/ Nori ranch - absolutely amazing Wasabi coleslaw - just an average regular coleslaw Green tea shake - requested less sugar. Awesome taste Chai shake - Complimentary. Very unique and tasty. A little sweet for us. Will surely visit again.

Like other reviewers said, get ready for a massive-sized burger! I chose the beef katsu for a Ninja Deluxe, which lived up to my expectations. The patty was tender and crunchy. And if you dare, climb Mt. Fuji - it’s a beast to conquer! Nori fries with curry mayo for the win, and miso honey mustard had a nice balance of sweet and tangy umami. I need to go back and try other burgers and fry sauces. Next time I definitely want to eat in! I’m pretty sure we met the owner because as first time customers, our staff person was very welcoming and helpful in answering our questions and guiding our decisions, as well as additional info about the ingredient preparation and history of this location. And he announced the newest location in Tacoma! Keep up the awesomeness! 🍔

My sandwich was good, fries were on the salty side. The cashier wasn't knowledgeable about the menu, couldn't pour a draft, and dropped the tray of food on the table. It was very off-putting.

The burgers have very good combination of Japanese and American tastes in them. I had tried the Kutsu burger and the original. They are so flavorful and delicious to my last bite. If you love seaweed, try the nori French fries out. This place isn’t a cheap burger place. Their menu has kutsu bento for people who prefere rice over bun! The price is decent and can be quite pricey for some people. My burger’s combo meal is about $25 with milkshakes. But, remember!! The burger is pretty big, too. I enjoyed it very much!
