This was one of the most disappointing Shake Shack meals I’ve had. The burger arrived looking like it had lost the will to live before it reached the table. The lettuce was wilted, the toppings were carelessly assembled, and the cheese wasn’t properly melted. The patty had some crisp edges, but overall the burger looked rushed and neglected rather than intentionally crafted. The bigger disappointment was the fries. They tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 to 15 minutes before being served. Instead of being hot, crisp, and fluffy, they were lukewarm and stale, with that unmistakable texture of fries that should have been served to the previous customer. The shake was the only item that met expectations. What makes this experience frustrating is that Shake Shack charges a premium price while marketing itself as a higher quality burger chain. Based on this meal, the execution was barely on par with an average fast food restaurant, and certainly nowhere near the standard the brand has built its reputation on. For a restaurant known for burgers, serving a burger and fries in this condition is simply unacceptable.

Always a solid choice! Good burgers, crispy fries, and shakes that never disappoint. The burgers taste fresh and flavorful without feeling overly greasy. Love the quality here, especially for a fast-casual burger spot. Shack sauce and crinkle fries is honestly such a good combo.

We had such a great dining experience here and really enjoyed everything we ordered 😊 The French onion soup was absolutely amazing — rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best versions we’ve tried in a long time 🧅🍲. The burger was also fantastic, honestly one of the best we’ve had recently. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor 🍔🔥 The garlic fries were another highlight — crispy, tasty, and the garlic flavor was just right 🧄🍟. To finish things off, we tried the banana pudding shake and it was incredible! Sweet, creamy, and super satisfying 🍌🥤 Another thing we appreciated was how quickly the food arrived after we ordered. The service throughout the visit was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, regularly checking on guests and offering drink refills, which made us feel really well taken care of 👏 Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Thanks for such a great visit! 😄

Quick spot for lunch. Don’t sleep on the Chicken Shack, it’s really delicious. This location can get busy. Tip: order in the app from your table and go to the counter to pick up.

The shroom burger is amazing. They have great drink options , you can order in store online and sit at a table pick a number and they will bring your food to you or you can get your food to go .
